Hello everyone! I wanted to tell you about a little gem Lucas and I found not too long ago. We are both coffee drinkers and so we’re always looking for local places like this for early mornings and weekends!
The place is called the New York Beanery. They come complete with their own logo, style and a food menu that is to die for around brunch time. It’s very cozy inside and includes a hand written introduction to the types of coffee on the wall.
Just last weekend Lucas and I went there to grab a quick bite on our way back from one of our many adventures and we got a panini and acai bowl to share. The sandwich was called the Highline. They make it with lots of veggies including; grilled zucchini, tomato, spinach and more!The acai bowl was called the Hampton bowl which includes granola, bananas, strawberries, blueberries, coconut and honey!
We highly recommend this coffee shop if you are ever on Long Island in the Amityville area!
